It's very simple — just enter your address to create your lawn profile and accept the instant bid. A rated local lawn professional will be chosen by us to service your home. You pay online when the job is complete.
We do not let all vendors into the That's Done Right community — there is an approval process to become a That's Done Right partner, including: bank checks, pictures of past work, professional references, verification of equipment and experience, and acceptance of the That's Done Right quality standards.
First, you don't pay until after you have confirmed the service is completed — That's Done Right does not charge your card up front. On top of that, all lawn mowings are backed by the That's Done Right guarantee. If something isn't right, you can dispute the service and your lawn mowing service is notified to make it right for you.
You can pay securely with your That's Done Right account using the website when your lawn has been mowed to your satisfaction.
We are dog people too! In most cases your lawn professional can mow while your pets are present in the yard by exercising caution. You can let your bidders know in your special requests section during the signup process. If you will need to place your pets inside while the lawn company is mowing, we recommend adding that detail as well so the lawn company knows ahead of time.
Most of the time, lawn care vendors do not bag clippings as a standard service and most lawn businesses do not offer bagging. The ones that do typically charge 3× the normal mowing rate for bagging and hauling off your grass clippings.
Typically the lawn mowing businesses in the That's Done Right community will move your maintenance date to the following day. If you experience 2–3 days of straight rain, this will cause a few days' delay — your That's Done Right lawn service will update the service date so you are always in the loop on when they are coming.
No worries — you don't have to be home. You will receive a photo of your completed lawn mowing via email. You also have 24 hours to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction before your card is charged.
No lawn is too big or too small. We price based on your exact lawn size, so you always get a fair rate.
